The work
Our front desk answers 80 emails a day. We want every new email to get an AI draft reply saved in Gmail, using our help pages and tone, that a person reads and sends. Nothing is ever sent automatically.
Drafts must say when the AI is unsure. We will judge it on a week of real emails.
